Ask three models what you do. You get three companies.

Positioning & narrative
for answer engines

Your category, your buyer, your difference. A machine has already decided all three on your behalf, using whatever it found lying around. Feosto goes and fixes it.

The problem

Consistency is the whole game.

Engine one

A workflow automation platform for mid-market operations teams.

Engine two

An integration tool aimed at enterprise IT departments.

Engine three

A no-code app builder for small businesses.

Same company. Same week. Three different products.

This is the ordinary case, not the worst one. Models assemble a description from whatever the open web agrees on. Where the web disagrees, they pick. A company that has never settled its own category gets one assigned to it, and usually loses the deal before a salesperson hears about it.
01

Category definition

We settle what you are, in one sentence, and pressure-test it against the alternatives a buyer is actually weighing. Most positioning work fails here and then decorates the failure.

02

Entity consistency

One name, one description, one set of facts, repeated identically everywhere a model looks. Your site, your profiles, your directory listings, the third-party pages that describe you. Disagreement between those sources is what produces the three answers above.

03

Narrative architecture

The argument underneath the sentence. Why the category exists, what changed to make it necessary, and where you sit inside it. This is the part a model paraphrases when somebody asks it whether you are worth a look.

04

Message system

The finished set. Positioning statement, category argument, proof points, objection handling, and the boilerplate everyone copies. Written so a human and a language model take away the same meaning.

Engagements run six to nine weeks. Interviews with your team and your customers, a working session where the category gets argued to a decision, then the written system. One project at a time.

We do not run campaigns, write blog programmes, or manage your media. We hand you the thing everything else should be built on, and we are happy to be the shortest engagement you buy this year.

First step

Ask three engines what your company does and send us the answers. That is the whole brief.

Reply

One working day. If positioning is not your problem, we will say so and tell you what is.
