Privacy policy
What Feosto does with personal data. It is short because this website collects very little.
What this website collects
Nothing. No contact form, no newsletter signup, no analytics package, no advertising pixel, no cookie of any kind, and no local storage. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. Like any web host, Vercel processes technical request data such as IP address, user agent, and requested URL in order to serve pages and protect the service from abuse. We do not have access to visitor-level records and do not combine them with anything else.
Fonts
Typefaces are served by Google Fonts. Loading them causes your browser to request them from Google, which will see your IP address and user agent. Google states it does not use these requests to build advertising profiles. A content blocker stops the request and the site falls back to system typefaces.
If you email us
When you write to shaban@feosto.com we receive your address, your name if you give it, and whatever is in the message. Our email runs on Google Workspace. We use it to reply and to run any engagement that follows.
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within twelve months. Correspondence tied to a live or completed engagement is kept for six years for tax, contractual, and professional records.
We do not add correspondents to a mailing list, do not sell or rent contact details, and do not share them except where the law requires it or where a service provider processes them for us under contract.
Interviews during a project
Positioning work involves interviewing your team and sometimes your customers. Those conversations are personal data, so they get handled deliberately.
We record only with explicit consent given at the start of the call, and we say what the recording is for. Recordings and transcripts are used solely to produce your deliverable, are never published, and are deleted within ninety days of the project closing. Quotes that reach the finished work are anonymised unless the speaker agrees otherwise in writing.
Where we interview your customers, you are responsible for making the introduction lawfully. We tell every interviewee who we are, who engaged us, and that they may decline or withdraw at any point.
Legal basis
Where the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, we rely on legitimate interests for enquiry correspondence and research interviews, consent for recording, performance of a contract once an engagement is agreed, and legal obligation for records we must retain.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- ask what personal data we hold about you and receive a copy
- have inaccurate data corrected
- have data erased where we have no continuing need or legal duty to keep it
- object to or ask us to restrict our processing
- withdraw consent to a recording at any time
- complain to your data protection regulator

Children
This is a business to business studio. The site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under sixteen.
Changes
Material changes will be described in a short note here rather than made quietly.
